storey villa comprises of an open plan ground floor
with a modern furnished living area with leather
sofas, a satellite television (limited channels) and
a DVD player. |

dining area has a table which comfortably seats six
and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric
oven and gas hob,
fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dish
washer. |

A twin
bedroom with ensuite facilities is located on the
ground floor. |

All
ground floor areas have twin patio doors opening on
to a large veranda complete with patio table and
chairs. |

Situated
on the first floor you will find two further
bedrooms, the master double bedroom and an
additional twin bedroom, each of which has it's own
ensuite facilities. A large balcony is shared
between these two bedrooms. |

The
private tiled pool measured 8 x 4 metres, has walk
in steps to the shallow end and is not overlooked. |

There is
private parking for at least 2 cars. |

A weekly
maid service is provided.
Bed
linen and bathroom towels are provided - guests should bring
their own pool and beach towels.
The villa has the same 3 pin plugs as in the UK, no adaptors
are required.
A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available.
An electronic safety deposit box is provided.
The villa has a cot and a highchair available - please
indicate if required upon booking, no additional charge will
be made. |
